Qdoba Keto Option
Friday November 6, 2026
I’m finishing Week three of my keto lifestyle change strong and discovered a Qdoba Keto Option. I ran a strong three 1:00 minute intervals and two :30 intervals on the treadmill and my back is better. I am glad I took yesterday off from the treadmill. Next week, I’ll start the week with the 66 hour fast and begin introducing 2:00 minute intervals. My new Asics Patriot Running Shoes and cross training insoles (with pronation control) even came in.
This week, I found an option for the occasional eating out. My son enjoys eating out and we have a short list of places we tend to visit regularly. At least we used to. These places include Panda Express, Qdoba, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, and Noodles and Company. A couple of these do not offer very good keto options and the food is not very high-quality. But, I did find a Qdoba Keto Option and wanted to share it. I even took a picture of my bowl.
The key is to order a bowl with grilled chicken, guacamole, cheese, and low-carb toppings while leaving out the rice and beans.
Order these ingredients
- Base: Romaine lettuce (no rice)
- Protein: Grilled adobo chicken
- Vegetables: Fajita veggies
- Salsa: Pico de gallo
- Cheese: Cotija cheese, if available
- Topping: Guacamole
- Skip: Beans, corn salsa, tortilla strips, and dressing
This closely recreates the Chicken Keto Bowl described in published menu information.
