Election Day Reflections
November 3, 2026 – This morning, I stood in line at a local Lutheran Church to vote in the mid-term elections and there was a distinct seriousness in the air. This election is more important than many other mid-terms from my memory. On the ballet for us is the Wisconsin Governor Race (Crowley vs Tiffany), a couple of Wisconsin Congressional Races (Brad Smith vs Glen Grothman, Lori Palmeri vs Tim Patterson). I voted straight Democrat. Not because I am a die-hard Democrat but because I want to contribute to a ‘Blue Tsunami’ where State and Federal Congressional seats are flipped in any way possible.
As for my health condition, I am continuing to do great. Even if I am not showing it. Technically my weight is 233lbs (or so). I have another 20 lbs to lose as quick as possible. I’m finishing another 43 hour fast and prepared a wonderful and balanced lunch.
I am finally beginning to not feel hunger pains and not craving foods I shouldn’t eat.
