My Story of Healing
I have spent a lifetime searching for lasting health and wellness; many years of struggling with weight, uncontrolled diabetes, a body image disturbance and deep depression that nearly resulted in the taking of my life.
I found healing through the total surrender to a power greater than myself, a power I choose to call God.
In gratitude for the gift of life, I vowed to help others by sharing my experience, strength and hope; manifesting as ‘Spring Waters’.
In time, ‘Spring Waters Healing Sanctuary’ will be a retreat and wellness facility in Wisconsin, to help individuals and families live their own life of abundance.
Spring Waters will offer a quiet space for private and group retreats, workshops for the entire family, a special meditation chapel, and spa-like amenities.
This facility will be similar to both “Mary’s Margin” in Mukwonago, WI (where I took part in running a retreat ministry) and Harbon Hot Springs near Sacramento, CA.

Weekly OA Meeting at Trinity Episcopal Church – Tuesdays 6:30-7:30P
Join us Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30P at Trinity Episcopal Church in Oshkosh, WI where we use the 12 step program to recover from food addictions and/or body image disturbances.
We are not a diet club and all bring our own experiences to the table. We have found working together and sharing the road to recovery to be more effective than doing it alone.

I became a chiropractor and continue to practice chiropractic not from one incident, but from many. My first exposure to chiropractic began in the early 1960s when I would sit at my grandfather’s side and listen to him tell his chiropractic story. When he was a young man, around the turn of the century, he developed acute appendicitis. Read More.
